A couple of haters in the Twitterverse worked overtime to prove Bronx femcee Cardi B right about her “Cardi VS the World” tweet on Wednesday (May 2) by digging into her past as a dancer.

Embarrassingly enough for them, their attempts flaked after she proved them wrong about a video of a stripper doing a few unmentionable things with a bottle while performing on stage.

A Twitter user responded to Cardi with the bogus video, suggesting that it was a questionable moment from her stripper days that the Bronx rapper has never been shy of sharing with fans.

“That’s not even me so get off my …,” she wrote back.

Another Twitter user followed up with another video this time showing the real Cardi partying and twerking down on stage in her dancer’s element. It appears to have been recorded from a site as well. While she confirmed that the woman in this video was, in fact, actually her, she had no shame in the footage. And justifiably so, as the record-breaking, Billboard chart-topping, 25-year-old rap star has worked tirelessly to foster her career as a hip-hop recording artist.
“That’s me as you can see my tufts is big and I’m tatted,” she said. “That video with woman putting a beer on her (…) is not. I was a stripper and I’m not ashamed but don’t go around spreading fake about me.”
