There were plenty of tears on Rihanna’s highly-anticipated interview last night on Oprah’s Next Chapter.The 24-year-old singer broke down when she opened up to the talk show queen about her relationships with former boyfriend Chris Brown and her estranged father.But there were also plenty of happy moments, and one huge surprise during the one-hour special.
Rihanna always did great things to the people she loved. Rihanna shocked her beloved mother Monica Braithwaite when she gifted her with a brand new five bedroom home in Barbados.And of course sneaky Oprah, who is known for thrilling numerous guests on her talk show with grand gestures of generosity, was the perfect person to be in on the act.
To make the big reveal, in true Oprah fashion, the talk show host invited Monica to the home under the false pretense that she would be doing an interview alongside her daughter for the show.
